Contact · One human, no support desk
Talk to the person who runs this
StillHiring is not a support queue. Anything sent here is read by whoever operates the site — the same person who reviews a payment reference against the bank credit and who answers for what a listing label means. That is the advantage and the limit of it: you get a real answer from somebody who can actually change things, and you do not get an autoresponder, an account manager or a guaranteed reply time. The form below is that channel, and it works with or without an account.
Send a message
The form below goes into the support queue that whoever runs this reads — the same person who compares a payment reference against the bank credit. It works whether or not you have an account, and it works when you cannot get into one, which is exactly when a page that only offers “email us” is no use to anybody. You get a reference back; quote it in a follow-up and the two messages are read as one.
That form is this site's only written channel. There is no published email address for this deployment, no phone number, no physical office to visit and no live chat, and we are not going to invent one of each to look bigger than we are.
Signed in, your message also shows up under Messages on the account page, where you can see whether it has been handled. There is no autoresponder and nothing is sent to you by email — this product does not send email at all.
What the form cannot answer
Most reasons to write are already self-service, and faster there:
- Your data, a copy of it, or deleting the account. All three are on the account page, immediately, with no human in between.
- What you paid and where an order stands. The ledger — references, amounts, your reported UTR and each order's review status — is on the scan screen. Filing a UTR records it and grants nothing; a person checks it against the transfers we actually receive, and the plan or scans switch on when that row reads Confirmed.
- You cannot sign in. Send the form from the address you registered with and say so; a temporary password can be issued to a verified account and handed back through this same queue.
- A listing that looks gone or wrong. Re-run the search on the jobs page. A fresh search re-checks listings, so the status you see afterwards is newer than the one you saw.
- A plan question. The terms state the money rules as they are actually implemented, including what happens when a review cannot find your transfer.
What to include
- The email address on your account — please use it, because it is how we confirm a request about an account is yours.
- For anything about money: the order reference and the UTR you reported.
- For anything about a listing: the title, the employer as we spell it, and the source we named on the card.
- What you expected to happen, and what happened instead.
We will never ask you for your password, and please do not send it — only a hash of it is stored, and a temporary password is handed over once and then replaced by you, so nothing in a reply needs the real thing. If you cannot get into your account, send the form from the address you signed up with and say so. There is still no reset email, because there is no email: once you are in, the account page changes a password itself. So if a message arrives claiming to be from us and asks for a password, a card number or a bank login, it is not from us — and payment here is always something you initiate yourself, never something we initiate for you.
What we can actually do about it
When you will hear back
No promise about response time, because a page that guarantees “within 24 hours” on a service run by a handful of people is a claim nobody is checking. What is true: a person reads the queue — there is no autoresponder and no agent on the other end — and a question about money is settled against your order row and the bank credit, not against a policy script. Every message moves from open to handled in the queue, and that is the status you see on the account page. If your paid period is running out and the problem is money, put that in the first line, because it changes what gets dealt with first.
One limit worth stating out loud: a ticket being handled is not a message delivered. Answers reach you through this same form if you write back, or as a change on your own screens — an order flipping to matched, a password reset waiting to be used. Nothing is emailed to you.
What happens to what you send
Your message is stored in one place — a support row holding the address, the topic, the order reference if you gave one, and the text — and it is used to answer it and, where relevant, to correct your account or an order row. Nothing else. It is not added to a marketing list; there is no marketing list to add it to. We keep no IP address and no browser fingerprint with it, so the ticket is attached to the address you gave and to your account if you were signed in. It appears in the file under “Download my data” and is deleted with the account. The full picture of what is stored and for how long is in the privacy policy.
