Live share
Of the postings we watched for this employer, how many were still live the last time we fetched their page. Dead postings drag the score down.
StillHiringStillHiring does four things. It finds real listings across job boards and employer career pages. It re-checks the ones it stores, so a posting that has closed drops out of your feed. It shows exactly why a surviving role fits your resume — requirement by requirement, with evidence — and whether it looks worth your time. Then the Application Copilot helps you apply smarter, with material that traces back to your own experience.
We store every listing we find, go back to the employer's page on a schedule, and score them on what we see. Nobody buys a place on this board and no employer edits it — the number only moves when our crawler sees something different.

The same title reappearing under new listings is how ghost roles look from the outside. We count it and price it into the score.
Median days a role stayed live at that company — so you know whether a two-week-old posting is still worth an hour of tailoring.
One query scans public job boards and employer career pages. The same role posted in three places collapses into one clean listing.
Roles on an employer's own board — Greenhouse, Lever, Ashby and similar — are read from that board, so the publisher is the employer. Everything else is fetched and fetched again: a page that 404s or says the role has closed is marked expired and leaves your feed, and a page that blocks our crawler is filed uncertain and held back rather than guessed at.
Upload your resume once. Each requirement we can trace is graded Proven, Partial or Missing against real experience lines from your resume — and where there is nothing to grade against, the card says so instead of inventing a number.
The Application Copilot turns one listing into a tailored pack — resume, summary, bullets, cover letter — built only from what your profile already proves. The card then sends you to the source that listing came from. Nothing is routed through us.
Your resume becomes a proof-based profile: every skill carries the experience lines that support it.
A graded recommendation names the resume lines behind it — and says plainly when there are none.
Apply smarter on one specific listing: a tailored resume, summary and bullets drawn only from what your profile already proves, with a cover-letter draft beside them.
Roles are classified by seniority, location and evidence, so tailoring time goes where it pays.
A scheduled sync re-ranks your feed and pings your browser when a strong new match turns up.
Saved, applied, screening, interview, offer — the pipeline lives beside discovery, not in a spreadsheet.
We keep the profile your resume parses into, not the uploaded file, and never sell it on to recruiters. Deleting your account from the account page deletes what we hold.
Employer trust scores built from what our crawler found when it went back — live share, repost patterns, real time-to-close. Nobody can self-report their way onto this board.
Where the employer states a posted date, the card shows that listing's own age, so you spend effort on roles that still look open instead of ones filled three weeks ago.
Track an application and we keep a dated snapshot of the exact listing you applied to — proof of what was posted when, for follow-ups and interviews.
Search, re-checks, saving, tracking and the Hiring Index cost nothing, on every account. Plans grade what you found — evidence-by-evidence fit, tailored applications, salary and company intelligence — and a credit pack covers anyone who only wants scans.
Everything needed to find and verify a job, with no card and no expiry.
The evidence layer: graded matches, tailored applications, salary and company intelligence.
For a full-time job hunt: deeper applications, longer mocks, recruiter outreach and automation.
One payment for 60 resume scans. They stay in your wallet until you use them. ₹1.65 a scan, and nothing to cancel.
Every payment is a UPI transfer you choose to make. Nothing is charged automatically, and a human reconciles each one against the bank credit.
No card form, no gateway redirect, no automatic charge. Money moves straight to our UPI ID.
Each quote comes as a code carrying the payee and the exact amount — open it in any UPI app: GPay, PhonePe, Paytm, BHIM.
The 12-digit reference from your receipt. Nothing switches on before that transfer shows up in our account.
Order reference, amount and UTR stay in your wallet while we verify it against the bank credit.
Optimised to keep you scrolling, monetised by employers. No idea whether a listing still exists, and no memory of your resume.
One number, zero explanation, applied to jobs you found somewhere else. They optimise the document; they never find the opportunity.
Re-checked discovery and evidence-graded fit in one loop — then a link straight to the source the listing came from, so you apply where it was actually posted.
No. We aggregate what already exists on the public web — mostly employer career pages and ATS listings — keep our own record of whether each one is still there, and send you to the original source to apply. We compete with your ten open tabs, not with LinkedIn.
An 'active' badge on most boards is set by the poster. Ours comes from our own crawl: a role listed on an employer's own board is read off that board's live posting endpoint, and anything else is fetched and checked to see whether the page still supports the listing. When a source blocks us, the card says uncertain rather than borrowing somebody's confidence.
Keyword scoring compares your text against the posting. Evidence matching is stricter: a skill only counts when a real experience line proves it — and our grades come with citations you can check.
Anywhere employers publish on the public web. Results lean towards boards and ATS platforms (Workday, Greenhouse, Lever, Ashby and similar) across India, North America, Europe and APAC.
It is a hiring-trust score for each employer, computed from data we collect ourselves: how many of their postings we still find live when we go back, how often the same role reappears under a new listing, and how long their openings actually stay open. Nothing on it is self-reported, and a company needs more than one watched listing before it is scored at all.
Discovery is free and stays free: unlimited search, saved jobs, application tracking and the Real Hiring Index. 3 resume scans come with every account, and a paid plan adds the evidence layer on top from ₹29 a month.
A plan is the capability layer: graded evidence matching, tailored applications, salary and company intelligence, analytics and interview preparation, plus 20 scans every month. A credit pack is for people who do not want a plan at all — 60 scans for ₹99, which sit in your wallet until you use them with nothing to renew.
A gateway takes 1.7-2% of every payment, needs a business account, and holds your money for days. Your transfer lands directly in our UPI account instead. You send us the UTR from your receipt and we match it against the credits in that account: your plan or scans switch on the moment the transfer is seen, and never before it. If a reference reaches us without the money, the order simply stays unapplied.
No. Every payment is one you choose to make: the same order flow tops your plan up for the next period or adds credits. A plan that is not topped up keeps working through a short grace window, then your account drops back to Free with its saved jobs, tracking and history intact.
Free account. No card. Search or upload your resume and see the difference in under a minute.
